Pastor Brown sets and give directives to create and inspire vision and motivation to ensure that course of action. In addition, Pastor Brown believes modeling specific actions and behaviors are core principles in creating leaders. He believes in the “Each one – Teach One” principle. This create an environment where people can develop and to discover their purpose.
As Pastor my focus is to implement a three part growth principle, Time, Trust and Truth where I spend time with members and leaders. My goal is to develop the importance of building authentic relationships with those I serve in order to develop trust. This trust enables me to speak truth (God’s Word) into their spirit and have them embrace God’s best for their lives.
Pastor Brown is serving the community by helping feeding those who are in need. By partnering with the Salvation Army, Martin Luther King Center and the Soup kitchens, his ability to distribute bread, pastries, and other items to the homeless and families in need has been multiplied.
We believe working together towards a common goal is vital in building a strong relationship and a healthy church. This creates a positive atmosphere for support where the combined strengths of each person enhances the team’s performance and purpose. This builds unity and harmony for a marriage and a growing church.
